Michelle joined the Great Western Animal Hospital team in 2025 after relocating to Australia from South Africa with her husband and their beloved dog, Elvis. With a National N6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies and a passion for customer care, Michelle brings warmth, attention to detail and a deep love for animals to her role on our front desk.

She’s especially fond of dogs and cats, and loves being part of a team that truly prioritises animal welfare. When she’s not helping clients in the clinic, Michelle enjoys nature walks, hitting the gym, and spending time with Elvis. A fun fact about Michelle? She’s a self-declared neat freak who actually enjoys cleaning — a skill that comes in handy more often than you’d think!
