Reception Team

Hayley joined the Great Western Animal Hospital team in 2024 as one of our friendly receptionists. With a Certificate II in Animal Care and a long-standing love for animals, she’s often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors.

Hayley loves interacting with clients and their pets, especially getting to meet all the adorable puppies. She thrives on the teamwork within the clinic and enjoys collaborating with staff to keep things running smoothly and solve problems together.

Outside of work, Hayley keeps busy with dancing and Taekwondo. At home, she’s the proud pet parent of Cookie the Pug x Jack Russell and Tabitha the Ragdoll.

Warm, approachable, and always happy to help, Hayley is a valued member of the GWAH front desk team and brings a welcoming energy to every shift.
